3. Merchant Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and menu information
- Ensure pricing, availability, and store hours are correct
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Review AI-generated outputs where necessary
4. AI Limitations
AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, especially when automation is enabled.
5. Call Handling
Calls processed through the AI phone agent may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for informing customers where required by law.
6. Payments and Fees
Fees may include subscription fees and usage-based fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Third-Party Services
hey!Biz™ integrates with third-party services including telephony providers, delivery platforms, and payment processors. We are not responsible for their performance.
8. Acceptable Use

- No attempts to reverse engineer the system
- No actions that harm customers or businesses
9. Data and Ownership
You retain ownership of your business data. You grant us permission to process it to provide and improve our services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if your use creates risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is without guarantees of accuracy, reliability, or uptime.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, heymate Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business interruption.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
